These payment Terms & Conditions apply to any voluntary donations or financial contributions made to Transparent Probation UK through this website or associated payment platforms.
By making a donation, you agree to the terms set out below
1. About the Campaign
Transparent Probation UK is an independent awareness and advocacy campaign focused on rehabilitation, transparency, mental health safeguards, neurodiversity awareness, and accountability within probation and post-release systems across England and Wales.
The campaign is currently independently operated and is not a registered charity.
2. Voluntary Donations
All payments and donations made to Transparent Probation UK are entirely voluntary.
Donations help support:

research and survey tools,

media engagement,

and general campaign-related activity.
Donations do not constitute payment for legal advice, professional services, representation, consultancy or guaranteed outcomes of any kind.
3. No Professional Relationship
Making a donation does not create a client relationship, legal representation, consultancy arrangements, or any contractual entitlement to services or campaign action.
Transparent Probation UK does not provide legal advice or regulated professional services.
4. Refund Policy
As donations are voluntary contributions supporting campaign activity, refunds are generally not available once payment has been processed.
However, refund requests relating to:

may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
