HELP SUPPORT AWARENESS, REHABILITATION AND TRANSPARENCY!
Transparent Probation UK is a developing public-interest awareness and advocacy campaign focused on rehabilitation, mental health safeguards, transparency, neurodiversity awareness, and accountability within probation and post-release systems across England and Wales.
As the campaign continues to grow, we are beginning to build a small network of adult volunteers interested in supporting awareness and engagement activities.
Volunteer Opportunities
Current and future roles may include:

graphic design,

content writing,

journalism and media assistance,

research support,

communications and PR,

campaign administration,

and general awareness raising.
Some roles may be entirely remote and flexible

Volunteering may provide useful experience for adults interested in:

We welcome interest from students, graduates, professionals, people with lived experience, and members of the public who support the aims of the campaign.
Important Age Requirement (18+ Only)
Transparent Probation UK is intended solely for adults aged 18 or over.
All volunteers, applicants and communications connected to the campaign must be strictly 18+.
As part of safeguarding and compliance procedures, volunteers may be asked to confirm their age before participating in campaign activities.
Individuals under 18 must not apply.
What We Ask From Volunteers
At this stage, most volunteer involvement is expected to be flexible and informal.
Typical involvement may range from occasional support to approximately 3-5 hours per week depending on availability and role.
Volunteers are expected to:
